Caution is to be exercised in particular in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain as well as in shady places that are protected from the wind. In high Alpine regions avalanche prone locations are present in all aspects. These avalanche prone locations are barely recognisable because of the poor visibility. &lt;br/&gt; &lt;br/&gt; Evening and first half of night: &lt;br/&gt; Towards the evening as a consequence of fresh snow and stormy weather there will be a gradual increase in the avalanche danger to level 4 (high). Wind slabs can in many places be released easily and reach large size in isolated cases. The avalanche prone locations are to be found on steep slopes of all aspects. The prevalence of avalanche prone locations and likelihood of triggering will increase during the night. Especially at the base of rock walls and in shady places that are protected from the wind medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large natural dry avalanches are possible as the precipitation becomes more intense. In addition a moderate (level 2) danger of gliding avalanches exists. These avalanche prone locations are to be found on steep grassy slopes below approximately 2000 m, also on steep sunny slopes below approximately 2600 m. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls in northwest to north to east facing aspects, especially on very steep slopes above the tree line. These avalanche prone locations are barely recognisable because of the poor visibility. &lt;br/&gt; As a consequence of fresh snow and strong wind the prevalence and size of the avalanche prone locations will increase towards the evening. This applies in all aspects. In regions neighbouring those that are subject to danger level 3 (considerable) avalanche prone locations are more widespread and the danger is greater. &lt;br/&gt; In addition a low (level 1) danger of gliding avalanches exists. These avalanche prone locations are to be found in all aspects below approximately 2000 m, also on steep sunny slopes at high altitude.</avalancheActivityComment>
    <snowpackStructureComment>Some snow will fall until late morning. 10 to 20 cm of snow. will fall from the afternoon above approximately 1000 m. The strong wind will transport the snow. Fresh wind slabs will be deposited on the unfavourable surface of an old snowpack in all aspects above the tree line. Older wind slabs have bonded quite well with the old snowpack. They are lying on soft layers in particular on steep shady slopes. The old snowpack will be stable over a wide area.</snowpackStructureComment>
