Wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant in some cases on very steep shady slopes above approximately 2400 m. Avalanches can in isolated cases reach medium size. The prevalence of avalanche prone locations and likelihood of triggering will increase with altitude. In high Alpine regions the avalanche prone locations are to be found in all aspects, in particular adjacent to ridgelines. &lt;br/&gt; As a consequence of solar radiation more mostly small loose snow avalanches are possible. The avalanche prone locations are easy to recognise. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface. A clear night will be followed in the early morning by favourable conditions, but the danger of wet avalanches will increase later.</avalancheActivityComment>
    <snowpackStructureComment>The weather will be mostly sunny. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will soften during the day. This applies on steep sunny slopes below approximately 2800 m. In some cases relatively hard layers of snow are lying on a weakly bonded old snowpack.</snowpackStructureComment>
